総合空間事業のパルコスペースシステムズ（PSS）は、次世代育成支援対策推進法に基づく基準適合事業主に認定され、くるみんマークを取得しました。

くるみんマークとは、2005年4月施行の「次世代育成支援対策推進法」に基づき策定した子育て支援のための行動計画（一般事業主行動計画）に取り組み、実績が認められた事業主が取得できるものです。

具体的な計画としては、育児に関する制度の拡充や男性社員の育児休職取得の推進、ノー残業デー強化キャンペーンの実施、および在宅ワーク制度の導入などに取り組んでいます。

今後も活動の充実を図り、仕事と子育てを両立できる働きがいのある、より魅力的な会社を目指していきます。

PARCO SPACE SYSTEMS CO.,LTD. (hereinafter PSS) was certified as conforming to the standards for general employers in accordance with the Law for Promoting Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation through formulating and implementing an appropriate action plan for the establishment of employment conditions. As a result of this, PSS received the "Kurumin mark" certification.

PSS is committed to the expansion of the system related to child care, promotion of childcare leave of male employees, implementation of no-overtime day campaigns, and the introduction of home-based work system.

PSS aims to be more attractive company that staffs can compatible child-rearing and work by promoting those activities.
