Ikebukuro PARCO Improve CS & ES

Ikebukuro PARCO has implemented CS / ES measures for customers, shop staff.


As CS / ES activities for FY2019, we established a new shop staff rest roomand automated doors for P'PARCO 1F entrance.

The name of the shop staff break room, which is newly established on the B3F of Ikebukuro PARCO Main Building, is “Refresh Space”. We have installed reclining chairs and armchairs that emphasize the space of "individuals" so that shop staff can relax slowly in a comfortable and quiet place.
In addition, the P'PARCO1F entrance has been converted to an automatic door. By supporting barrier-free, we will improve customer convenience.

 

We will continue to work on CS and ES for our customers, shop staff and PARCO staff.
