"Shibuya Parco Hulic Building" won "2020 Good Design Best 100"

The Shibuya Parco Hulic Building, which houses Shibuya PARCO, which opened in November 2019, won the 2020 Good Design Best 100.

Evaluated points
・ The point that two buildings were integrated into one block and the ward road that once ran between the two buildings was pulled into the facility as a pedestrian-only road.
・ A three-dimensional street was set up on the outer periphery of the building that continues from Spain-zaka, improving the ease of migration and creating an experience for visitors to go around the city.
