HAERA

PARCO is opening a new commercial facility called “HAERA,” between the second basement and 4th floor of The Landmark Nagoya Sakae, a major mixed-use skyscraper development currently under construction in Nishiki 3-chome, Naka Ward, Nagoya. The J. FRONT RETAILING Group will leverage its combined strengths to create a luxury mall where new sensibilities intersect, collaborating with local facility and service providers to revitalize and further enhance the appeal of the Nagoya Sakae area.

(Tentative name) Tenjin 2-chome South Block Station Area Tozai Zone Project

Through the Tenjin 2-chome South Block Station Area Tozai Zone Project Promotion Committee, made up of six members including PARCO, an urban planning proposal was submitted to Fukuoka City in February 2024. Specific considerations are underway aimed at appealing, high-quality urban development that will be an important base for creating vitality in the Tenjin area.
