Won PARCO Co., Ltd., Urawa PARCO、Shibuya PARCO, and Sinsaibashi PARCO the category award at the Senken Shimbun Developer Awards

PARCO Co., Ltd. received the Information Technology Utilization Award as a company, Urawa PARCO received the Fighting-spirit award, Shibuya PARCO received the Concept Award, and Shinsaibashi PARCO received the New Face Award.

PARCO Co., Ltd. received the award for its efforts in IT technology in the management of PARCO shopping centers, and Urawa PARCO received the award for its good performance in grasping the demand of local customers despite of impact of the spread of COVID-19. In addition, Shibuya PARCO was awarded for its high expectations for its unique concept, and Shinsaibashi PARCO was awarded for its expectations for unique fashion and cultural proposals.

Shibuya PARCO has won the award for the second consecutive year following last year's "Concept Award".

"Tenant-Selected Developer Award" of Senken Shimbun recognizes excellent SCs based on a tenant survey.
