PARCO Co., Ltd. (PARCO) and Dricos, Inc. (Dricos) announced the completion of a business alliance and investment contract.

Through the business alliance, we aim to create new value in PARCO's wellness business, and by providing various management resources of PARCO to the healthcare automation business of Dricos, we will work together for business growth of both companies.

At the same time, PARCO will acquire some shares of Dricos in order to deepen the effect of the business alliance.
